Thursday, Jul. 24: Cookies to Canvas

Kid's (with suggested ages of 6 & up) are invited to enjoy refreshments and Branson Bank's famous chocolate chip cookies while they receive step-by-step instructions to paint their own masterpiece on a canvas they'll get to keep. The cost per participant is $12 - and will include a painted canvas to take home, supplies needed to paint for the hour (brushes, paint, apron, easel), refreshments, Branson Bank chocolate chip cookies and a children's movie ticket that can be redeemed at the Branson IMAX, Elite Cinema III or Branson Meadows Cinema 11 through the end of the year.  

Saturday, Jul. 26: First Annual "Afternoon Tea" at the Ralph Foster Museum

The Keeter Center is excited to be hosting our 1st Annual "Afternoon Tea" at the Keeter Center at College of the Ozarks. Come celebrate Ozarks' History with us, drink some Sassafras Iced Tea and dress up in a costume and you could win "Sunday Brunch for Two" at the Keeter Center. 

Wednesday, Jul. 30: Free Movie Wednesday - Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2

  "Free Movie Wednesdays" are returning to the Elite Cinema III in Branson - every Wednesday throughout the entire month of July! Everyone is invited to come by for a little free summer fun each Wednesday morning, starting at 9:30am at the Elite Cinema III inside Branson IMAX Entertainment Complex. Tickets for "Free Movie Wednesdays" are issued in person each Wednesday morning, starting at 8:30 a.m. at the IMAX Complex box office on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are available for all ages, but seats are limited, so be sure to get in line early!

Aug 1 - Aug 3: 26th Fiddle Festival & Mid-America Fiddlers Championship

The 26th Branson Fiddle Festival will feature food, demonstrations, strolling entertainers, workshops, and sidewalk sales. Nationally known judges have the tough job of deciding who will win $5,000 in cash prizes.  The Fiddling competition will be in the Historic Owen Theatre on Commercial Street in Historic Downtown. The contest is Saturday, Aug. 2, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Saturday.  There is NO entry fee to contestants. Pre-registration is greatly appreciated. Fiddle contestants will receive reimbursement of festival admission at time of their registration into the competition. Tickets for ages 13 and up are $8.  Tickets for children are $4. Lap children 3 and younger get in free. Workshops will be in a private conference room Friday, Aug. 1. Pre-registration for workshops is strongly suggested.
