The hotel will provide a limited amount of meeting equipment; i.e. chairs, tables, etc. This does not include special set ups or formats that would deplete the hotel's present in-house equipment to the point of requiring rental of additional supplies.

The hotel will arrange all of your audio/visual equipment needs. Please contact the sales office for a list of audio/visual supplies and prices.

A $200.00 deposit is required 60 days prior to your function for groups that do not require a room block with the hotel.

There will be a $30.00 an hour labor charge, per hotel personnel, for any excess labor required for time spent beyond normal set up of space reserved.

All functions must be guaranteed by credit card, or pre-payment. Payment should be made 72 hours in advance unless credit has been established. Approved billings are due and payable upon receipt of bill. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in cancellation of event.

Pre-payment is to be made 72 hours prior to the function, by company check or credit card.

Cancellation must be received in writing 60 days prior to the scheduled event to prevent loss of deposit.
